| 12:00 - 3:00 | Sponge Bob and Patrick |
SpongeBob SquarePants is the fictional main character of the Nickelodeon animated television series SpongeBob SquarePants. He was designed by marine biologist and animator Stephen Hillenburg, and is voiced by Tom Kenny. He is a naive and goofy sea sponge who works as a fry cook in the fictional underwater town of Bikini Bottom. Patrick is SpongeBob's neighbor and best friend, and his big ambition in life can be summed up in four words: "Uh...I...uh...forget." As SpongeBob's closest pal, Patrick is always offering his advice and encouragement. Unfortunately, Pat's not exactly the brightest starfish in the sea (if you catch our drift), and he usually ends up helping SpongeBob into a heap of trouble. Even their simplest plans end in disaster. But for better or worse, Patrick will always be SpongeBob's loyal buddy. |

Turner Gill lead his team to finish the regular season 7-5 and to win the East Division of the MAC. On December 5th, Buffalo played #12 Ball State in the MAC Championship Game at Ford Field in Detroit. Ball State was heavily favored as it entered the game with a perfect 12-0 mark, while Buffalo came in off a home loss to Kent State that had ended a five-game winning streak. However, Buffalo scored two touchdowns on fumble returns and won the game 42-24, giving the school its first MAC championship. Following the victory, Buffalo accepted a bid to play in the International Bowl in nearby Toronto. This is the school's first bowl since joining the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision in 1999. |

A native Buffalonian, Witherspoon was officially named head men’s basketball coach at the University at Buffalo on March 10, 2000 after guiding the Bulls through the remainder of the 1999-2000 season as the interim head coach. He became the 11th head coach in Bulls’ basketball history and the third since Buffalo returned to Division I play in the 1991-92 season. Witherspoon earned his 100th win at UB when the Bulls defeated Evansville, 81-60, on December 1, 2007. He became just the fifth UB men’s basketball coach to reach the milestone win. Witherspoon has produced an Associated Press All-American, an Academic All-American and six All-Conference players. |
